Lorry loading crane with trailer

Kristal D&D has its own lorry loading crane and trailer for transporting the milk cooling equipment they manufacture all over country. This is available for hire or contract lift to perform a range of jobs including:

  • Plant and machinery removal;
  • Portacabins and containers moved and relocated;
  • Abnormal and wide loads;
  • Contract lifts with banks man slinger and Appointed Person available.

Our staff are fully trained to use the utmost care when using the crane. The vehicle and lifting equipment are properly serviced and maintained to comply with Health and Safety regulations. With our own trained electricians we can also offer safe electrical disconnection of the item prior to removal.

Technical specification:

  • Lorry loading crane;
  • 40 ft step frame trailer;
  • Low loader and short 30 ft trailer available for limited access;
  • Maximum gross vehicle weight - 31 tonnes;
  • Lifting capacity - 2 tonne lift @ 12.5 metres up to 5 tonne maximum lift.
